TOWN OF KILDARE
SUMMARY OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
April 30, 2008

Members Present:  Tom Guyse, Chairman; Dennis Franek, Beth Onofrio, Patti Thompson, and Penny Arens; one citizen, Linda Winterstein

 1.  The meeting was called to order by Chairman Guyse at 6:05 p.m. 

2.  There were no Public Comments. 

3.  Motion by Franek to approve the Minutes of the April 30, 2008 meeting as presented; second by Onofrio; carried by a voice vote of 5   
     ayes.

4.  No Public Comments were received at the Public Accessibility meetings held on April 8, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., April 12, 2008
     from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and April 26, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The three Public Accessibility meetings were held at the Town
     of Kildare Hall.

 5.  Next Meeting is on May 14 at 6:00 p.m.
     a. Agenda Item:  Make Recommendation to Town of Kildare Board to Accept Comprehensive  Plan

6.  Motion by Onofrio to adjourn; second by Thompson; carried by a voice vote of 5 ayes.  Meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
