TOWN OF KILDARE
SUMMARY OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
June 13, 2007

Present:  Members Thomas Guyse, Dennis Franek, Patti Thompson, Penny Arens, Beth Onofrio and 1 citizen, Linda Winterstein

1.  Call to order at 8:00 p.m. in the Kildare Town Hall by Chairman Guyse.

2.  Public Comments:  No public comments were made. 

 3.  Minutes of the May 31, 2007 were read by Secretary Arens. Motion made by Franek to accept minutes, second by Onofrio; carried by voice vote of 5 ayes.

4.  Dale Schultz Land Division/CSM: The Commission looked over the Dale Schultz Land Division/CSM and after some discussion a motion to recommend approval of the proposed property split for the Dale Schultz property under Ordinance 25(A) was made by Arens, second by Thompson; carried by voice vote of 4 ayes and 1 recusal by Franek. 

5.  Review Draft Copy: Most of the data has been collected and typing has begun on the draft copy.  Franek turned in the information on the “Century Farms”.  He is going to check on the Senzig farm as another possible one. Arens turned in some historical data. She noted that she couldn’t find anything on cultural data. Thompson is still putting the statistical data together. Guyse has the information needed. He just has to get it to Onofrio for the draft copy. After looking over what has been typed, some suggestions were made as to the wording and to check the accuracy of the percentages used in the different charts.       

6.  Next meeting is June 27^th at 6:30 p.m.

7.  Motion by Franek to adjourn, second by Thompson; carried by voice vote of 5 ayes. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
