*SUMMARY OF TOWN OF KILDARE
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 11, 2007

Present:  Chairman Dennis Franek; Supervisors Leo Schneider and Dan Lapp; Treasurer Patty Schluter; Clerk Beth Onofrio and 5 citizens.  

  1. Call to order at 7:03 p.m.
     
  2. Minutes: June 13, 2007 Regular Town Board Meeting, June 20, 2007 Public Hearing and July 20, 2007 Special Town Board Meeting were read and approved.
  3. Treasurer’s report : Total funds of $16,533.63; no corrections.
  4. Ambulance Report: 3 am bulance calls to Kildare in April and 1 in May.  Statement mailed in an attempt to collect the Fire & Rescue fee was returned as undeliverable at the address listed on the Fire Report. 
  1. Clerk’s report: Website is now ready to begin collecting data from web visitors; an MFL Withdrawal Order was received for Daniel Pope effective January 1, 2008 ; County Treasurer suggested that her office be contacted before finalizing CSMs or Plats to see whether there is an outstanding Withdrawal Order payment.
  1. The Plan Commission Report: Recommended for approval McKeough Land Company’s Final Plat of the Buffalo Ridge Subdivision, the division of Out Lot 3 in Wisconsin River Highlands and a Resolution for Implementation of a Community Participation Plan.  Their next meeting will be August 1, 2007 at 6 P.M.
  1. No Public Comments

  2. Building Permit applications: Walter Pawlikowski - pole shed, Jon Senzig - barn and fire sign, Chester Labuda - building addition, Andy Guzy - stick-built ranch home, and James Marks - building addition. Approval for the Pawlikowski, Senzig, Labuda and Guzy building permits as presented and conditional approval for Marks pending a valid sanitary permit.
  3. Business:

    The Board approved a request for the division of Out Lot 3 in Wisconsin River Highlands into two lots. Rationale: A wetland area prevents driveway access from Buffalo Ridge’s planned public road to Lot 23.  One of the new lots will eventually be deeded to Lot 23 for use as a driveway.  The other lot will provide access to Out Lot 4 of Wisconsin River Highlands.

    Board approval of  the final plat of Buffalo Ridge on the condition that McKeough receives State and County approval.

    Resolution 10-2007 accepting Frontier Road as a Town Road was signed.

    Adopted- Resolution 11-2007 - Adoption of a Public Participation Plan.

    Amended the Town of Kildare ’s Code of Ordinances to include Chapter 1: Land Use- Ordinances 25 and 25(a) and Chapter 9:Taxation - Ordinance 26.

     Renewal approved of the Lemonweir Campsite campground permit for 2007-2008.

    Town of Kildare will donate $20 toward refreshments for quarterly meetings of the Wisconsin Towns Association.
