BOARD OF REVIEW
June 13, 2007

Board of Review was convened at 7:04 p.m. in the Kildare Town Hall by Chairman Franek. 
Open Book Session is scheduled for Friday, July 6^th from 4-6 p.m.  
The Board of Review will be held Monday, July 23^rd from 4-6 p.m. .
Board of Review adjourned until July 23, 2007 .

REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 13, 2007

Present:  Chairman Dennis Franek; Supervisors Leo Schneider and Dan Lapp; Treasurer Patty Schluter; Clerk Beth Onofrio and 6 citizens.

1. Call to order at 7:07 p.m. in the Kildare Town Hall by Chairman Franek.
   
2. Minutes of the May 9, 2007 Regular Town Board Meeting were read by the clerk and approved.
   
3. Treasurer’s report: Total funds of $43,814.60.
   
4. There was no Ambulance Report.
   
5. Clerk’s Report was read and approved.
   
6. The Road Report by Franek after the meeting with Scott Construction on June 4^th.
   
7. Chairman Tom Guyse gave the Plan Commission report.
   
8. Public Comments: 1) Franek informed the Board that the Wisconsin Towns Association has requested donations from members to offset refreshment costs at meetings.  This request will be added to the agenda for July 11, 2007 .   2) Ron Thompson noted that gravel needs to be swept off of the road ( 28^th Avenue to 60^th Street ). Franek will contact Scott Construction.
   
9. Building Permit applications approved for Edward Rychtarczyk for a building addition/workshop and Gino Emanuele for a pole shed and fire sign. A building permit/fire sign request from Dale Schultz was tabled until a special meeting on June 20^th.
   
10. Business:

¨      Supervisor Schneider reported that Annual Clean Up Day was cancelled due to lack of volunteers.

¨      Ron and Patty Thompson applied for a campground permit.  The campground will be located between 58^th & 28^th and encompass approximately 50 acres. Permit will be reserved while the Thompsons seek State approval.

¨      Approved license renewals for the period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008

-          Country Corners Bait & Tackle – Class A Combination Liquor/Beer; Soda Water; Non-Intoxicating Beverage, Cigarette and Campground.

-          Johnston ’s Clinic, LLC – Class B Combination Liquor/Beer, Soda Water, Non-Intoxicating Beverage, and Cigarette.

-          Crockett’s Resort owned by Ho-Chuck Nation – Class B Beer, Soda Water, Non-Intoxicating Beverage and Campground.

-          Yukon Trails Camping owned by Sherwood Forest Licensing Corporation – Class B Combination Liquor/Beer, Soda Water, Non-Intoxicating Beverage and Campground.

-          Circle W-Jerry Wenger – Class B Combination Liquor/Beer, Soda Water, Non-Intoxicating Beverage and Cigarette.

-          Operator’s Licenses-Nancy Zercher, John Zercher, Agent - Crockett’s Resort; Wendy Eagle, Lisa Tatzel, Danielle Mlsna – Johnston’s Clinic; Sally Madden, Amy Tew, Agent – Yukon Trails Camping, Renee HOrn-Country Corners Bait & Tackle.

10.  The Clerk plans to begin collecting citizen information via the Town website www.kildaretownship.com.  Residents and property owners visiting the site will be requested to register voluntarily. This information will be kept by the Clerk and used to improve future communications

11.  Linda Winterstein was appointed as the Alternate Board Member for the 2007 Board of Review (Ordinance No. 26).

12.  Payment of bills.
