Kildare Ordinance
No. 17(b) allows ATVs to travel on all town roads with the exception
of dead-end roads, cul-de-sacs, and Town Line Road.
Remember — County Roads HH, J, N and snowmobile trails
are not
open to ATVs.
(Exception:
Individuals living on dead-end roads and cul-de-sacs are allowed to access ATV
routes from their property.)
Speed Limits:
State law requires
10 mph
within 100 feet of residences/driveways/pedestrians/horses, etc.,
and 45 miles per hour if not posted otherwise.
Violators should be reported to the
Juneau County Sheriff’s Department
